Business Development Manager
Exciting new opportunity with AUTOproff in Denmark as we are currently looking for a new colleague to join us as International Business Development Manager
We are the emerging European leader in digital dealer-to-dealer trading, with more than 120,000 cars on auction in 2021. AUTOproff was established in 2013 to digitize B2B vehicle trading, helping car dealers grow sales and improve profits from used car trading.
Our mission is to make it seamless, secure, and more attractive to trade used cars, and we are looking for motivated and positive colleagues to join us on our journey.
About the role
You will report to our CEO and be instrumental for AUTOproff’s ongoing success off meeting the growth and development plans of the company by executing on key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
Your areas of responsibility will cover the following 5 areas:
- Drive key projects and change initiatives on behalf of our CEO
- Drive integration projects and reporting to AUTOscout24 and Hellman & Friedman
- Coordinate activities across our C-level
- Support our CEO and Chairman with day-to-day operational tasks
- Ad hoc support e.g., stand in for a Country Manager or support M/A activities
The need-to-have skills:
- A “get things done” mindset
- Ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Master’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent
- Toolbox from consulting
- Excellent interpersonal- and communication skills
- A commercial mindset and outstanding understanding of numbers and business economics
- Fluent in English as well as Danish
